The third party is, for example, us  a partner responsible for the production, design or translation of content.

We retain the customer's personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes. The retention period depends on the need to respond to the customer's inquiries. We retain data that we are required to retain pursuant to legislation (eg accounting information) in accordance with the requirements set out in the legislation.

The customer has the right to demand the termination of the processing of his data, information on the use of the data and the transfer of the data to himself or to a third party in a publicly available format. In order to prevent misuse of the client's data and rights, applications may be submitted only in a form where the identity of the applicant is identifiable (digitally signed or personally signed at the office). We have the right to respond to such requests within 30 days.
